Our story
Victoria Home started long before its first project, in a small family hotel in Varna, Bulgaria. Our founder, Ivaylo Moravlev, grew up watching his family adjust every room around the people staying in it, and learned early that a space is not finished when it looks right. It is finished when people are comfortable in it.
Ivaylo went on to spend twenty years in construction in Bulgaria and the United Kingdom, working on some of London’s most demanding projects, including the Shard, the London Bridge Station redevelopment and Chelsea Barracks. That is why we begin every home with structure, materials and installation, and only then turn to decoration.
Established in the United Kingdom, Victoria Home came to Dubai by choice, drawn by a city with the ambition and appetite for truly bespoke homes. Today our team designs and delivers private residences with the same discipline as buildings and the same care Ivaylo grew up with. Every client knows who is responsible for their home, from the first conversation to long after handover.
